Since 2003, SKIP has been working with disadvantaged families in an impoverished district of the city of Trujillo, Peru. Our holistic programme focuses on the educational, economic, emotional and social development of each child and family. It is our aim to foster the capacity of children and families to be the principal agents of change in their own lives.

Summer Vacation volunteer

SKIP welcomes volunteers on their Summer holidays from studying or working to volunteer at the the non-profit. We have a variety of areas to volunteer in such as creative arts, sports, english, psychology and economic development.  We provide educational and recreational activities for the children in both primary and secondary school (4-16 years).

Activities include art, sports, reading, math, English, environmental science, social skills, drama, music, writing and so on. To read more about our programmes, please see the programmes section
