Save capitalism or Mother Earth

The Bolivian President Evo Morales is back in the United States with a treaty that is anti capitalist, the peoples accord discuss climate change and global warming. The accord calls for new rights for the planet, greater role for indigenous people and deep cuts in rich nations greenhouse gases. He believes the industrialized nations need to cut their greenhouse gases by 50% between 2017 and 2020.
